Description:

"Coaching is an ongoing partnership that helps clients produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life.

In each meeting, the client chooses the focus of the conversation, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves the client into action. Coaching accelerates the client’s progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice.

Coaching concentrates on where clients are today and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be tomorrow.”

Approach:
  1. Discovery Session – Create the foundation of coaching by exploring topics such as developing objectives, co-designing the coaching alliance, and exploring the client’s values. Complete relevant assessments including 360? feedback, conflict resolution style, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, etc. Behavioral strengths and development areas are identified as a result of the Discovery process.
  2. Action Planning - A detailed action plan is created based on the outcomes of the Discovery session. This plan serves as the guide for the coaching agenda during ongoing coaching and includes milestones to support your goals.
  3. Ongoing Coaching - The purpose of ongoing coaching is to succeed in completing the action plan created with the support of the coach. Coaching assists leaders and managers in creating behavioral change and development in areas that the employee, manager, and team identify as critical to the organization. The relationship usually consists of 2-4 hours of coaching per month for a minimum of three months. Sessions are facilitated either face-to-face or by phone.
  4. Monitoring and Measuring – Regular evaluation of the client’s progress is key to measure and monitor success and to ensure he/she stays on course
