One-on-One Coaching for High Performers
Coaching is an ongoing partnership that helps individuals produce
fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. Through
the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their
performance, and enhance their quality of life.
The Kruz Consulting coaching model begins with a 2 hour Prioritization
Session, 2 hour Action Planning Session, followed by 2 hours of individual
coaching for 3-6 months.
- Prioritization
Session: This 2-hour
session sets the foundation for the coaching relationship. The
prioritization session includes:
- Values clarification
- Work/Life Balance activity
- Coaching alliance design
- Relevant
assessments such as Thomas Kilmann (conflict styles), Myers-Briggs
(communication styles assessment), and/or Strength Deployments
Inventory (communication styles assessment), 360 Feedback
(optional).
2. Action Planning Session: In
this 2-hour session, a detailed action plan is created based on
the outcomes of the Prioritization Session and assessment results.
This plan serves as the guide for the coaching agenda and includes
measurable goals and milestones to support the client’s goals.
3. Ongoing
Coaching: Individuals create
an action plan based on the Prioritization Session. This plan
includes measurable goals to assist managers in increasing their
leadership effectiveness. Melissa and Rachel coach for action
and accountability by continuing coaching for 2 hours a month for
3 months (6 hours per person).
